HOW DO I KNOW WHAT THE QUALITY OF HAY IS?

A.  Sample bales are available for purchase to see first hand the type of hay you would be receiving.  It is also recommended to have the sample tested at a certified test lab.

WHAT IF I ORDER HAY AND HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IT?

A.  Although C.R.S. does their best to choose hay in satisfactory condition, there may be times that unsatisfactory hay gets shipped unknowingly.  Hay is sold "AS-IS WITHOUT WARRANTY" unless warranty is added or otherwise stated in writing.

WHAT IF MY ANIMAL HAS A MEDICAL REACTION TO THE HAY PURCHASED FROM C.R.S.?

A.  C.R.S. does not under any circumstance cover under warranty any costs or problems related to hay usage......only the hay itself.

I HAVE SEEN HAY AVAILABLE LESS EXPENSIVE IN PRICE AND WITH A WARRANTY.  WHY DON'T YOU STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT?

In order to compare pricing the product has to be exactly the same.  For example, the products being compared are probably not exactly the same.  They may be a different types of grass hay all together.  Each product must be the same type and tested for exact same quality to be comparable in price.  Chances are its a completely different type or lower level quality of hay. 

WHAT DOES "DELIVERY" ACTUALLY MEAN AND INCLUDE?

WHY DOES THE PRICE OF HAY DIFFER FROM WEEK TO WEEK?

A.  Due to supply and demand, shipping costs, availability from growers, and varying weather conditions, we will continue to see the price of hay vary on a daily or weekly basis.  C.R.S. tries to keep the prices from fluctuating as much as possible by offering various purchasing programs that would allow customers to lock-in a specific price for a certain amount of time.  Please contact us for further information on these programs.

HOW CAN I GET A QUANTITY DISCOUNT?

A.  Semi-load purchases of a minimum of 500 bales or more may result in a large quantity discount upon request.  C.R.S. strives to always offer the lowest possible price to their customers.

A.  As a large volume dealer, C.R.S. is in network with hundreds of hay buyers, large or small, and acts as a marketing tool to aid in hay in movement year round.
